Our passions at Hello Market are to invent, design, and create and we want you to enable you to do that too by inventing, designing and creating the tools you need to construct the perfect direct marketing communications.

To do this responsibly, we also need to care and be passionate about the environment, your processes and to be well informed about the industries we represent.

Environmentally friendly

We buy and consume a huge amount of paper, so our policy is to buy everything we use from certified forests or post-consumer waste, as represented by the Forest Stewardship Council’s ® ‘tick tree’ logo. Our customers can feel confident that their mailing campaigns won’t harm the world’s forests.

DM Print Ltd. the company behind Hello Market, has received certifications for the following internationally recognised standards:

ISO 27001

Information security is of ever increasing importance and everyone needs reassurance that whoever they send their data to will keep it secure. As a company which has ISO 27001 certification you can be 100% sure that your data is in safe hands.

ISO 14001

Our certified environmental management system (EMS) is designed to manage our environmental responsibilities and to help us reduce our environmental impact in conjunction with our FSC ® membership (see above).

ISO 9001

We have a certified quality management system (QMS) which proves our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Safe and secure data handlings

If you choose to upload data to the Hello Market site, it will be encrypted using a protocol called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is most commonly used to protect communications between web browsers and servers. Our RapidSSL® Certificate helps secure data uploads with strong encryption.

Data is then hosted on secure servers, each with back up servers with automated failover in a new £4 million purpose-built Tier 2 data centre which is strategically positioned, 100% independent, energy efficient and environmentally friendly

Industry standard for Direct Marketing

We are members of the UK Direct Marketing Association. That means our data processes have been audited and we are complying with the DMA’s Direct Marketing Code of Practice. It’s really a mark of our professionalism. The Code isn’t a legal requirement; it is about a state of mind.

Industry standard for Print

We are members of the IPIA.

IPIA brings together print managers, print distributors, trade manufacturers, material suppliers and associated service providers to create development opportunities for members. The Association provides support print industry specific training, product sourcing and legal services.
